Woohoo!

The bike arrived today and hubby assembled it while I was outside enjoying the sunset with my mom. ❤ 

So, tomorrow morning, I ride. I am starting the 21 Day Fix on Monday morning. But tomorrow, I start a 365 day journey on my bike. I will be blogging every day. 

Tomorrows ride will consist of some stretching, and a test ride to see what I’ve got to do to reach my target heart rate… And to see how much my body/knee can handle. 

After that, I will know how to best proceed, and I will plan accordingly.

My goals are to just get better, faster, stronger.  I also have a few other work outs I will be doing as well. Add in clean eating? 

I hope to be unstoppable.
